Top 5 Smartphones Of 2020 So Far

A few disclaimers before we get into it. Firstly, I've used manysmartphones this year, but of course I'm notused every single one. So there may be some smartphones that would make your listthat haven't made my list. That's absolutely fine. Also, this is my personal top five list. It may be slightly different to your list. That's also fine, we can still be friends. Please, do drop your toppicks in the comments below. Final disclaimer, this listis in no particular order.

I'm just giving you my top five. With that all out of the way, let's get straight to it.

So the first smartphone on mylist in no particular order is the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus.

Now the S20 line does have three smartphones, the S20, the S20 Plus,as well as the S20 Ultra. The S20 Ultra in my opinion is more of an enthusiast phone. It's not something for everybody. Whereas the S20, as well as the S20 Plus, are smartphones that are easily recommendable to most people. The Samsung Galaxy S line has been known to have some great all-rounders, and this is definitely the case here with the Samsung GalaxyS20 and the S20 Plus.

We've got some great displays with 120 hertz refresh rates which make things look very, very smooth. Great all-around cameras with very consistent results, especially for video. I would say that the S20sdo have the best video on the Android side with up to 8K video recording. One UI, which I personally do really like, and I think it's a very simple and clean with an emphasis on one-handed usage, which many of the manufacturers do not have into consideration.

Great overall hardware with flatter displays than what we've had in previous years, which is something that I really do like. 25 watt fast-charging out of the box. Wireless-charging,reverse wireless-charging, and although the Galaxy S line this year for the first time does not have a 3.5 mili meter jack, we still do get a micro SD card slot. So you can expand the storage on here, something which you can't do on pretty much any other device right now. Now we do have some different variants depending on your region.

You can either get the Exynos variant or the Qualcomm Snapdragon variant, and this is something that I've spoke about in many videos before. There is inconsistency in terms of performance, and if you do get the Qualcomm Snapdragon version, you will be getting a superior device overall, and although we do have a 120 hertz display, this is only at full HD. We don't get the quad HD resolution if you do want 120 hertz. Well, despite that if you do want a great all-rounder, then the S20, as well as the S20 Plus, are great options.

Now one device that offers both quad HD resolution at 120 hertz is the Oppo Find X2 Pro. Now this is a really good all-rounder. Really bright display with minimal bezels as well. Ticks all the boxes whenit comes to specifications. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, 12 gigabytes of LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.0 storage with 512 gigabytes, and the fastest charging thatI've tested on any smartphone, 65 watt SuperVOOC 2.0, which can get your phone from zero to 100% in just around 40 minutes, which is absolutely insane.

We've got some reallygood overall cameras, including periscope zoom technology which will allow you to get invery close to your subjects. Now, although you do have someof the fastest wire-charging that you will find out there, unfortunately there's no wireless-charging which I did find myself missing, and the cameras are really good, but the selfie camera Ithink can be improved. You've got only up to 1080p, and the dynamic range isn't great when you're taking portrait shots. The device also starts at 1,100 pounds which might be a bit pricey, although that is in line with a lot of other flagships out there. Now if you are looking fora lot of the same features that you're getting on the Find X2 Pro, but at a cheaper price, then, of course, we have the OnePlus 8 Pro which is the next device on my list.

Now the OnePlus 8 Pro looks very similar to the Find X2 Pro and that is because it's got almost the same display. Oppo and OnePlus are partner companies. So it's easy to see why this is. So you do have quad HD+ with 120 hertz which makes things super smooth, but what I like about OnePlus devices is that, yes, they tick all the boxes when it comes to the hardware, but it's really the software which makes things feel even faster. Oxygen OS is one of myfavorite skins on Android. It's very clean, and it doesn't reallyhave too much clutter, and on top of that, you do get very fast updatesfrom OnePlus as well.

This year, the cameras have also been improved. We've got some really good cameras here on the OnePlus 8 Pro, very comparable to someof the competition, and we do get 30 watts warp-charging out of the box, but what's more important is that for the first time on a OnePlus device, we do get wireless-charging. Not only that, it is up to 30 watt wireless-charging.

Now although you do haveto get a separate charger for this, it's a really nice option to have. It's obviously not perfect. I have experienced somedisplay issues myself, which other people have also reported on, and these are being improvedwith software updates as far as we know, and the cameras arereally good at the rear, but again the front-facing camera is locked off at 1080p.

You cannot get 4K from the front-facing camera, and the price, although it's cheaper than other flagships starting at around 800 pounds, or $900, is quite a bit higher compared to what OnePlus have offered previously, but nevertheless, the OnePlus 8 Pro is a really good all-around smartphone at this price point, and it's a device that I can easily recommend.

The next smartphone on mylist is the Huawei P40 Pro. Now this smartphone in my opinion has the best design on any smartphone this year with its silver frost finish which I really, really like. Huawei, really one of the first to introduce graded finishes on their smartphones, and I think they've done a really good job here with the P40 Pro. Another thing that Huawei introduced was periscope zoom technology, and we've got great cameras on the P40 Pro, some of my favourite.

The zoom is really, really good, and we had a very large primary sensor, but as well as that you get some great front-facing cameras. I would say that the P40 Pro has my favorite selfie cameras on any smartphone right now, and that is because we've got two cameras at the front, which really do helpwith the portrait mode.

However, those do give youquite a bit of a cut out, the pill cutout on the display, and the display is reallygood, but it is 90 hertz, not 120 hertz like we've seen on some of the other competition. Now that pill cutout alsohas some additional sensors, however, which do allow 3D face unlock which is something that no other smartphone on this list offers. So you do have an in-display fingerprint scanner, as well as very secure 3D facial unlock.

Other devices usually just use the front-facing camera for facial unlock which doesn't really make them as secure. This is not the case with the P40 Pro. You do have to very secure methods to unlock your smartphone. You do get 40 watt charging out of the box, as well as up to 27.5 watt wireless-charging, but of course, the biggest downside on the P40 Pro is the lack of support for Google Play Services.

Now this is very unfortunate, and although it is perfectly possible to use the P40 Pro on a daily basis because we do have alternatives like the Huawei App Gallery, and personally for me in particular, the APK pure app gallery which gives you most of the apps that you would use on a regular basis, you are, of course, missing those core Google Play Services, and although you can access a lot of these through the web browser, the experience is not going to be the same as a device that does have Google Play Services supported from the get-go.

A few people haveactually found workarounds to get Google Play Services unofficially on the P40 Pro, but I reallyhope this is a situation that can be fixed in the long term because Huawei offers some great devices and brings lots of great competition to the table, and the P40 Pro for me definitely makes my list of the top five smartphones of this year so far.

Now the final smartphone in my list I know is going to be a little bit controversial, and that is the iPhone SE. Now before people go crazy in the comments saying how can this be one of your favorite smartphones of the year so far, hear me out. Yes, the display is nowhere near the displays of the 2020 flagships that we have at these days.

It's practically the same as the iPhone 6 which came out many, many years ago, and we do have very thick bezels with LCD technology and a low resolution, however, the iPhone SE retails at around $400,or around 420 pounds, and in my opinion, it has the best cameras overall for photos and videos at this price point, and that is because although the camera hardware might be old camera hardware, it is using the A13 Bionic chip.

The A13 Bionic chip does have its own image signal processor and that gives you some great results for both photo and video, and performance is right up there with the flagships thanks to that A13 Bionic chip. It's very fast and smooth. Now it's not perfect, of course. Along with that display, it's also not got the best battery life becauseit's a very very small battery but you do get wireless-charging here, and it's also a muchmore compact form factor, which you can't really find these days on many other smartphones.

So if you are after a smaller smartphone at a reasonable price, and especially if you want to be part of the Apple ecosystem and take advantage of features like Airdrop, then the iPhoneSE is a really good option, and it has made my top five list so far. So that is my top five smartphones of 2020 so far. What are your top five smartphones of the year? Do drop those in the comments below. That's it from me, guys.

I hope you enjoyed this video and found it useful. If you did, then do hit that thumbs up button for me. Remember, there's going to be lots more content here on the channel, as well as a top five smartphones list later on in the year, a full roundup. If you want to make sure you see that as well as many of the videos, then do subscribe and hit that bell icon so you don't miss anything. Thanks for watching. This is Saf on SuperSaf TV, and I'll see you next time. (upbeat music)

Gunajn Saxena: The Kargil Girl Full Movie Review

Gender equality ki taraf badhney ke liye, kayee saareysystemic changes ki zaroorat hai cultures mein, yes. Mass communication ka, iss field mein kya yogdaan hai,yeh mudda na pechida hai, thoda isko samjhein.

Gunajn Saxena: The Kargil Girl, despite having the nameof an actual war in its title, is not about the war, and to a huge extent is not even about Gunjan Saxena.

While the story follows the Air force officer’s life, from when she was a kid, till the Kargil war, it focuses mainly on what Gunjan represents,in a landscape, that is both unreal, and extremely relatable at the same time.

I approach war movies with slight trepidation now.Is this going to glorify violence? Is overt nationalism going toovershadow the storytelling? Is this going to be just another loud background scored, yet bland depiction of events as they took place, without attaching any nuance to the whole unfortunateand ghastly reality that a war is? Writers Nikhil Mehrotra and Sharan Sharma, the latter also being the director, don’t focus on the chest thumping, that inadvertentlybecomes the main focus of so many films about war.
Their writing, despite being setwith Kargil in the background, despite almost all the main characters being soldiers,is still about what it is to be a woman in this world, trying to make space in male dominated fields.

Ek scene mein, Gunjan apney mahaa progressive father, played by the most amazing Pankaj Tripathi sey, ek raat panic mein kehti hai, ki “air force mein aiseycadets hone chaahiye jin mein desh bhakti ho". "Mujhey toh bass plane udaana hai”, to which her father replies, that the air force needscadets who are sincere honest and hard working, not people who will just yell “Bharat Maata Ki Jai”.
Iss scene ko yahaan kyun daala, kyunki abhi takthe only conflict the film had put forward, was that, no one takes Gunjan seriously when she says thatshe wants to fly, toh yeh naya self-doubt kyun? Isliye, kyunki film aapko steer kar rahi hai, aur solidify kar rahi hai apna message, that this is not a tale that wars are fought at borders, but its about battles this woman had to fight, just to be able to do, what she wanted.

And that’s pretty great clarity of thought, don’t you think. Director Of Photography, Manush Nandan too, doesn’t treat this like a war film. There are very few scenes of actual battle, and gunsand things, most action sequences are rescue ops, and the camera operates on a human level,as opposed to viewing people as killing machines. Achcha, you know what’s refreshing? The film’s acknowledgment thatwomen and men are different, and for women to be taken seriously as people, there doesn't need to be more man-like behavior in theirattitude, in their traditional sense of the term. To achieve this,Jahnvi Kapoor borrows from her own personality.

She has a bit of sadness about her. Her face, without moving a muscle even, depicts deep seated unhappiness and a struggle to come to terms, with sexist realities likethe lack of women’s toilets at her posting in Udhampur. She is soft spoken and slightly timid, when we first meet her, and remains so, right till the end. Even when in war, she doesn’t suddenly turn intoTiger Shroff and starts flying choppers, while hanging upside downand shooting enemies at the same time.

She tells someone else to do it. Because she finds no joy in disobeying direct orders,or yelling at her supervisors. In one scene she barges into a partyand yells haphazardly at a senior officer. Here too, she’s confused aboutwhat she is hoping to achieve, and her words are not words of ahero who is showing the soft-villain, his rightful place, jiskey baad soft-villianka hriday parivartan ho jaayega. But through the film, Gunjan is very muchher own kind of woman, feminine in her own way, with only her determination as a tool to make her way, through horribly unbalanced systems, never tipped in her favor.

Unlike last week’s Shakuntala Devi, this film, doesn’t cram too much into the screenplay. When we meet Gunjan at different ages in her life, (a fun little montage, has her go from10th pass, to 12th pass, to Bachelor’s degree), these jumps are only used to establish her characterand her relationship with her constantly present family, and her gradual understanding,of the aforementioned systems of the world, as opposed to long drawn out episodes, which come and go at breakneck speeds. Most of the actual action and conflict,is set at the IAF institute in Udhampur and some in Srinagar during the Kargil war,

which really gives us time and space to…you know….get involved. The best dialogue, very generously, has been given to Pankaj Tripathi, who, I toh just cant get enough of,at all, ever, please give me more. Because Gunjan is naive and unaware, and her mother and older brother are not interestedin empowering her much beyond education, its her father, who silently fights for her,in every way possible.

The machismo brought by Angad Bedi, playing the olderbrother and Vineet Kumar, playing a supervising officer, is not rewarded at the end of the film. They actually kind of, in slightly clumsy moments, even accept defeat.

Which I can’t even believe is a real thing that happened. Ergo, like I said in the beginning,Kargil ki kahaaniyaan sunkar unreal toh lagti hain, par ek aurat ki kahaani, har field mein, ekk chhoti battle,ya badi war, hoti hi hoti hai, isliye jaan-boojh kar, yeh generic message baar-baar repeat kiya gaya hai,joh film ko, zaraa simplistic toh banaata hai, lekin iss mass communication kemedium ka sahi prayog bhi hai.

Gunjan Saxena, as a 24 year old, only woman in the Kargil war, contributed towards saving nearly a 1000 lives. It’s a story of determination and patriotism, but also compassion and humanity. A mix of sentiments, which Sharan Sharmabalances quite successfully.

So, on a scale of 1 to 10, Gunjan Saxena:  The Kargil Girl is……..24 saal ki umar mein kya karr rahey they aap? Main radio pe tab gaane chalaati thi.32 mein bhi aakar kya hi teer maar rahi hoon? Subscribe to Film Companion, ab filmein bhi aa rahi hain, toh main bhi aati rahoongi. Jai Hind.

Class of '83 | Bollywood Movie Review by Anupama Chopra | Bobby Deol

Class of 83 is a gritty drama, about a batch of policeofficers, who become famed encounter specialists. The backdrop is the early 80's,when Mumbai was in the grip of notorious gangsters. The film is inspired by a book named The Class of 83:The Punishers of Mumbai Police by S. Hussain Zaidi, which in turn is based on the lives of real-life cops, like Pradeep Sharma and Vijay Salaskar, who trained under DGP Arvind Inamdar, when he was head of the Maharashtra Police Academy.

These names are the stuff of legendand controversy in the Mumbai police archives. But the film begins with a disclaimer, which says it is awork of fiction, which is followed by a quote from Plato, which says: "Good people do not need lawsto tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws". Which presumably provides the justification forkilling bad people, without arrest or trial. The vigilante cop is a staple of Hindi cinema.

From Salman Khan in Dabangg, to Ajay Devgn in the Singham series, to Rani Mukerji in Mardaani, we’ve seen a slew of trigger-happy cops, who sidestep political interference and institutional corruption by breaking the law. It's an immensely satisfying fantasy, which allows us,the audience, to believe that justice has been served. But in a year, in which police brutalityhas repeatedly made headlines, this movie archetype hasbecome even more problematic.

Class of 83 offers little innovationon the time-worn theme. Except perhaps the counter-intuitive casting ofBobby Deol as Dean Vijay Singh, the tough and tortured head of the Academy. Deol, best-known for putting his urbane good-looks togood use in 90s blockbusters like Gupt and Soldier, does an about-turn here. The dean is a man with a tragic past and a poker face. Bobby’s frayed handsomenessunderlines the Dean’s grief. He’s a committed, honest cop, which is why he’sat the Academy on a punishment posting.

But Vijay Singh decides to subvert the systemby training five cadets to take down gangsters. He calls it an experiment – as he puts it,the five will function like antibodies, who will cleanse the disease from within the body.

He gives these backbenchers a talk about, why he's chosen them, saying, “Tum log dosti nibha lete ho, lekin sach bhi bol lete ho,rules todte ho, lekin usool nahi chodte, fail hote ho lekin apni sharton par". Which instantly took me back to Thakur in Sholay, explaining why Veeru and Jai are the perfect candidates to hunt the notorious dacoit Gabbar Singh – he says: "Woh badmaash hai lekin bahadur hain, khatarnak haiisliye ki ladna jaante hain, bure hain magar insaan hain". Class of 83 uses the same trope of a senior cop, executing justice through young and brave men, whom he handpicks.

The only difference is that in Sholay,Veeru and Jai are criminals. Here the Dean’s instruments are cops. The cadets are played by newcomers Ninad Mahajani,Bhupendra Jadawat, Sameer Paranjape, Hitesh Bhojraj and Prithvik Pratap, all of whom deliver solid performances.

Casting new actors as newbies adds conviction to thenarrative, because no actor asks for more attention. Each one serves the story. The first part of the film followstheir lives in the police academy and the latter follows the batch, as they embark on their careers, ferociously demolishing gangs. As one of the five, Aslam tells us:"To maintain order, law ko bali chadhana padta hai".

This is familiar turf for director Atul Sabharwal, who 18 years before Sacred Games, gave us Powder – the seminal television series about cops and gangsters. Atul has a great talent for creating grim worlds. Here he and DoP Mario Poljac workwith a palette of brown and dull green. There’s mist, rain, shadows. The sun rarely shines, literally or metaphorically.

The textures of 80's Mumbai are skillfullyconstructed with attention to period details. There are these gorgeous shots of Marine Drivewith minimal traffic and a shoot-out in a dhow, which instantly took me back to gangsterclassics like Nayakan and Parinda. The atmospherics are enhanced by Viju Shah’sthumping, old-school background score. I especially liked two key scenes in whichthe five friends share a meal together.

Atul choreographs the changing group dynamicsand the splintering of this group with finesse. And yet, these parts don’t coalesce into a whole withheft. To begin with, the subject matter induces fatigue. Little about the plot feels new or urgent. And the script by Abhijeet Shirish Deshpanderelies too much on exposition, which is provided by Aslam’s voice-over. The writing doesn’t flesh outthe cadets or the Dean enough. Some are provided a defining feature, but we don’t get a sense of them as people. They are, for the most part, one note-characters. Bobby delivers the pathos and frustration of the Dean inseveral scenes, but in others, he seems to be posturing.

And some of his dialogue is melodramatic, not in a good way. At one point, he asks: "Koi kya kare agar woh apne aas paas kaamkarne walon se behtar ho, system se behtar ho, gala ghot de woh apne talent ka, ban jaye mediocre kisi50 crore, 100 crore members ki tarah"? As I watched, I wondered,is Atul perhaps here speaking about himself and the several other actors and directors, who feel undermined by Bollywood? Geetika Tyagi, who played a key role in Powder, helps tobreak up the overwhelming masculinity of this world, with her graceful presence, but there isn’t enough for her to do.

She’s only there to give the Dean a backstoryand again, it’s a one we’ve seen before. Too much of Class of 83 feels like a retread. The faces are new, but theportrayal of the system, corruption, the utter lawlessness of both copsand criminals, is familiar. The film doesn’t offer new insight or characters, compelling enough to make this material feel fresh. Which is why, despite the talent on display,it doesn’t soar. You can watch Class of 83 on Netflix.

HOW TO GET ONLINE TRAFFIC WITHOUT SPENDING $1 /DAY

HOW TO GET ONLINE TRAFFIC WITHOUT SPENDING $1 /DAY

Crystallizing your target customer and their unique pain points is critical to defining an effective strategy for selling
to them. As Zig Ziglar said, “How can you hit a target you don’t even have?”

Without a customer avatar, your marketing efforts are likely to err on the side of generic and boring. These days,
people don’t open their wallets for generic and boring, which is why this exercise is the foundation for success in
virtually every aspect of your sales and marketing process.

Getting clear on your customer avatar will affect these areas and more:

Product/service creation – What solutions can you develop and deliver to your avatar to anticipate and solve their problems?

Copywriting – In what way should offers be described to attract and convert your avatar?

Social media marketing – Which platforms are most important to be present and active on?

Paid traffic – Where should you spend your dollars and what targeting options should you utilize?

Customers buy time and time again from businesses they trust. To develop trust, you must show your customers
that you understand them better than they understand themselves. It takes work and imagination, but with your
customer avatar in hand, you’ll be well equipped to create and market products and services that will convert your
ideal prospects into a long-term purchasers.

So, it’s time to think about your ideal customer. Imagine their story and give them a full identity. Get specific and
be emotional. Don’t be afraid to GO DEEP with this worksheet as your guide.

Note: You may require more than a single customer avatar to represent different segments of your market, but fo
cus on tackling just one at a time.

Step 1: On a separate sheet, list the common demographic and psychographic traits of your ideal customer. Do a
brain dump based on the market research you’ve done and customer feedback you’ve received.

Step 2: Give your avatar a name and a face. Yes, really! You can even go so far as to find a photo.

Step 3: Step into your avatar’s shoes and see life through their eyes as you complete each question in this work
sheet to form their identity. If you think of more details, by all means, add them! The more specific you can be
about your avatar, the better.

How To Get More Traffic From Google Search

Do you want to know how to generated massive visitors from google search? It was through a simple hack that I’ve been using for years
How To Get More Traffic From Google Search

The cool part about it is that it works for any type of website.
Here’s what you need to do.
Step #1 - Head over to Ubersuggest and type in your biggest competitor's domain name and hit "search".
Step #2 - On the left-hand navigation click on “top pages”.
This will take you to a report that looks something like this…
What this report shows you are all of the top pages on your competition's site. The pages that Google ranks high and drives tons of traffic to.
Now, what if that traffic would be going to your website?
Step #3 - Pick one of the top pages on your competition's website that you wish was on your website. I want you to look at the keywords that drive traffic to that page.
You'll do this by clicking on the "view all" button under "Estimated Visits (EST Visits)".
Once you do that, you’ll see a big list of keywords that drive traffic to that specific page.
I want you to go through all of the keywords. Even the small ones that drive very little traffic because most of the small ones are easier to rank for and when you combine them it adds up to thousands of visitors.
Step #4 - Export the keywords and create a master list of keywords you want to go after.
Keep in mind that all of the keywords your competition ranks for may not be relevant to your business. Hence you want to create a master list.
Step #5 - To get the traffic from your competition you’ll have to produce better content than them. You can either write the content yourself or hire someone to do it for you.
Just make sure your content is better than theirs. By creating something that is more in-depth and contains the keywords they are also ranking for, you’ll start seeing your Google traffic go up over time.
Bonus tip - If you really want to get tons of traffic like me, go through the top 100 pages for each of your competitors and follow the process above. All you are really doing is writing more in-depth content that contains the keywords that your competition is using.
As long as you are willing to put in the work you will see results.

How to Find Lucrative Keywords That Are Easy to Rank For

With my last company, I had over a million visitors a month to my site.
My competition didn't even have 1/4th of the traffic.
Now here's where it gets interesting... they were worth 800 million dollars.
Can you guess what we were worth? Come on, take a guess... remember I had 4 times more traffic.
Shockingly, not even 1/10th of what they were worth.
It was at that moment that I learned higher rankings and more traffic doesn't mean more revenue.
Now, this doesn't mean SEO is bad. It means that you need to focus on lucrative keywords that are easy to rank for. Not necessarily terms that are "popular".
Here's how you find the right keywords...
Step #1 - Head over to Ubersuggest and type in your biggest competitor's domain name and hit "search".
Step #2 - On the left-hand navigation click on "Keywords".
This report shows you all the keywords your competition is ranking for.
In addition, you will see the search volume (vol), a website's ranking position (position), estimated visits (EST. Visits) and SEO difficulty (SD).
The keywords that 3 or more phrases tend to convert better than keywords that are one or two words.
And the keywords that have a SD score of 40 or lower are easier to rank for.
Look for the keywords that are very relevant to what you offer or sell and have a low SD number and a volume of over 500.
Those are the keywords you want to rank for.
Step #3 - Scroll through and check the box next to the various keywords you know are lucrative based on the criteria I mentioned in step 2. Also, make sure that the keywords are relevant to your business.
Step #4 - Export the keywords to CSV and make a master target list. Keywords with a low search difficulty "SD" are easier to rank for. So, it's better to target those first.
Step #5 - To rank for the keywords you'll need to create content or blog posts around those keywords. Just make sure to naturally mention those keywords within your content.
Or if you already have existing pages related to those keywords, you can modify those pages and add some of your newly found keywords.
It's that simple. It just takes 5 simple steps. :)
